Not sure if they're covered (probably not) but if you find that you can't have one I would suggest making sure you're hospital has a bath or shower in the labor room. I had my first child in May and the shower (for some reason the bath didn't work for me) was crucial to me delivering naturally.
each state is different, but most states cover births in a certified medical facility hospital or free standing birth center check with the hospital to see if they do water births or birthing center. also check with DSHS to see what they cover, good luck

Im on a ins. from the state for broke people. haha. Im in virginia but it only covers hospital bed births. c-sections. and that stuff. I mean its help...they arent going to give you EVERYTHING you want. haha. I am figureing that out REAL quick.
