I am a newbie @ using coupons, so I am trying to get of course the most out of them?

When I have a in store coupon, (from Rite Aid or CVS) that you can only use in that store, can you still use a manufactures coupon on top of that one?? So 2 coupons on one item??? I hear of all these people getting all this stuff for next to nothing.... How do they do it???I am a newbie @ using coupons, so I am trying to get of course the most out of them?
Most coupons have 'small print' on the back .. chances are the words 'not valid in conjunction with any other offer' appear somewhere ..

... however (at least in UK) a lot of stores will accept manufacturers coupons (so long as they stock that manufacturers product) even if you don't buy the product.... they figure, what the heck, maybe this will encourage you to come back and buy more stuff, and how does the manufacturer know who used the coupon anyway ?I am a newbie @ using coupons, so I am trying to get of course the most out of them?
I don't know where you live...BUT, here is the best way to get the most out of your coupon.

Coupons come out weekly. Clip the coupons. And if you hold on to them for a couple of weeks (typically right before they expire), the item will actually go on sale. So, you get the sale price of the item, then use the coupon, to save you even more.

One little trick that I use is I go to Walmart. They honor competitors ads. So say you have several coupons. You have sodas on sale at a grocery store, toilet paper on sale at CVS, and dish soap on sale at another grocery store. Take your coupons, plus the ads with you to walmart. Get your items for the sale price and use your coupons.....

This is how I managed to pay 0.00 for 6, 2 liter bottles of Dr. Pepper.

So good luck, and I hope this helps!
There are some (slim) times that you can only use one coupon at a time.

Most stores will allow you to use what ever mfg coupons you have along with store coupons. You really need to read the fine print on the coupons for their rules on use. Some stores even have double your coupons up to $2.00.

And yes, the local news just had some couple on tv, getting like $90.00 in food for under $10.00

Happy Clipping
