Do you clip coupons?

Do you clip coupons? Is it really saving you money over the store brands? Where do you find coupons besides the Sunday paper?Do you clip coupons?
Hi!

1. Yes, I clip coupons.

2. Here's how it saves me money: I write my grocery list out, then I check what coupons I have, then I flip through the area grocery store circulars while I'm having lunch/during commercials while watching TV, I pick which stores have the best deals for what's on my list. The key is to stick to your grocery list, not just buying stuff because you have a coupon for it. Otherwise you end up with alot of junk you don't need/use.

3. If there is something that I use often by a particular brand then I try their website and sign up for the mailing list.

Hope this helps!Do you clip coupons?
sometimes
E-gads no Thats for , well I'm not sure who its for. My retired grandparents mess with them to pass the time I guess.
I clip weather reports...
yes, yes, mailings, store ads, and the internet.
Hell, Yes! Last year, my sister and I stocked up on Suave shampoo and conditioner, French's mustard, Lipton Side dishes, Glade Air fresheners, Country Crock butter, Totino's Pizza Rolls and much more for just a few dollars. I am not exaggerating. We had enough for both of our households and our parents house! It lasted for months.

I'll give you an example. .

Krogers had Suave shampoo/conditioner on sale for 99垄. We found a coupon in the Sunday paper for 35垄 off. Kroger's will triple that coupon. The shampoo was free!

When you find a deal like this go here:

or here:

and look for that same coupon. We were able to get 20 of these coupons for less than a dollar. That equals 20 bottles of shampoo for a mere dollar! Of course we bled this deal dry by each getting 20 coupons!

Check out the Sunday paper and order your coupons on Monday morning so that you can get them before the sales end.

You will have to make several trips to the store (our Krogers allows you to use 3 of the same coupon at a time), but this is much easier if you take a few people with you. Kids will do. Have everyone get the max amount allowed, pass out the coupons, and meet back at the car. It is even better if you have coupons for several products. You can get three of each one and make each trip to the store really pay off.

We are watching for the Target mailers that have the $10 off coupon. They do not have a minimum purchase price, so that means if the item is under $10, it is free! I am going to dive in all the trash cans at the post office getting all the ones people throw away :) I'm not shamed!

I could go on for hours, but I'll just mention one more great deal.

How about 20 (4 packs) of Charmin tissue for $2.00? Yup, done that one too. Wish it would come around again, I am tired of using the cheap stuff!
Hi Momma A,

OMG I thought every1 clipped coupons! Yes I do, I have found coupons in magazines, community center (has a bin where every1 can throw in or take out coupons) I have even found restraunt coupons. I shop at Cub Foods %26amp; usually they have a bin full by the door. But I am pretty thrifty, I save on about $60.00 weekly with coupons. Besure to always LQQk for other things then groceries on sale-then a coupon- if it's double coupon day you save even more. Have a good day! :0)
Sometimes it is cheaper if you use a coupon. Bring a calculator and do the math. I always use coupons even 25 cents off. I look at it this way would you walk past a quarter on the street or pick it up? It's basically the same thing.
i clip coupons for items that are useful in my house. when dishsoap is advertised 2 for in a store i always try to find a coupon. same for tide, clorox, bisquick, and spices. i try to find stores that do double coupons to a dollar. its hard but once in a while i manage to clean up nicely.

there are some online sites, like betty crocker, kraft. but becareful some stores wont take internet coupons.

happy shopping.
