If your KFC is crowded when you go then no. I went yesterday and there was a woman walking to all the cars in the drive thru telling them that if they were ordering grilled chicken they would have to go inside because the chicken kept running out. I had to go inside and ended up waiting 40 minutes for my food. Not necessarily because the line was long but because the chicken takes 20 minutes to cook, as I was told. They would hand out a few orders of the grilled chicken and then after that it was another 20 minute wait for the next batch. If they let people sit in the drive thru that long the line would be backed up biiiiiiiiiiiiiiig time.Can you use the kfc coupons in the drive-thru?
