NO YOU CANNT DO THAT BECAUSE THEY WAS ISSUED IN A DIFFERENT STATE YOU COULD ALWAYS CALLED THE WIC OFFICE AND TELL THEM YOU MOVED BUT A CHILD DON'T GET WIC FOREVER THEY GET IT UP TILL THEY ARE 5 YEARS OF AGE
