If a store takes manufacturer's coupons how do(or who do they go through) they get their money back for them?
They send them to the manufacturer and are refunded.If a store takes manufacturer's coupons how do(or who do they go through) they get their money back for them?
They submit them to the issuer and are refunded by same.
