It is rare that Macy's has printable coupons. The only time I've seen coupons is for Friends and Family via emails from macys.com.
If you own a Macy's credit card, the sales associate will usually scan the current savings pass or a discount will automatically be given if it's a ';use your card'; event. You can also just ask if there are any savings passes available.
