If you haven't gotten them already you may have a problem. It appears that they ran out, and can't issue more until some unused ones expire.
You can go to dtv2009.gov or you can call 1-888-DTV-2009. You just put your home info, and they mail them to you. once you receive the coupons, the converter boxes are practically free, depending on which brand you get, either way, you would pay mostly the sales tax.
